This was a project from Acrylic Painting For Beginners With Laurie Anne that I’d done a while ago. I believe it is supposed to be a lemon? Or an orange? Or is it a tennis ball?

A quick fun one when I was practicing using cold wax, trying to make different tints of the purple.

Purple Flower

Experimenting with adding background texture with the white paint mixed with cold wax medium. Something a bit different and interesting than leaving it plain white paint?

Hearts

This one was inspired by a conversation I had with a real estate agent, who would paint over old paintings from yard sales using white paint, so that the texture would show through but not the color, and then use those paintings to stage the home. I thought it was quite a crafty way to decorate without breaking the bank.
