Refunds

Original art: All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Cancellations and exchanges are not available.

Art prints: All art print sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued as all prints are “made to order”. Art print orders may only be cancelled if the print has not yet been printed. There are no guarantees for cancellations as prints may be printed immediately.

Art Prints Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage, you must share your order number, photos of the damage to the artwork as well as the exterior and interior of the packaging. Lost, damaged, or stolen artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.

Shipping and Processing Policies

Art Print Processing Time: The time it takes to receive an order then print and prepare for shipping - typically 4 to 9 business days, depending on how busy it is.

Shipping: Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout. Shipping is through UPS or USPS.
