3: Prayer Plant
Prayer plants are one of the most unique and beautiful houseplants on the market today. These plants have vibrant leaves that curl up at night like hands in prayer, hence their name. Prayer plants are easy to care for and with proper care, they can be a long-lasting addition to the home.

Some of the most popular varieties are the Maranta leuconeura (Tricolor) and the Maranta leuconeura (Kerchoveana).
